Delivery Information
Our standard rate for Postage & Packing (P&P) is £9.95. Postage is calculated by weight (see table below).
The majority of our orders are delivered within 2-3 days however we ask you to allow between 14-28 days for delivery.
Some items will be dispatched from our own warehouse, but other items will be sent to you directly by one of our specialist suppliers.
Any items received damaged must be notified by telephone within 5 days of receipt; just follow the simple instructions that we send with your order.
Postage and packing charges are per delivery address.

Returns Policy
If you wish to return any un-used products within 14 days of purchase please fill in a returns form and send it, along with the un-used products to be returned, to :-

We will make a full refund of the products cost less 25% handling charge within 30 days of our receipt of the returned products.
